The photo shows us collecting wheat from Upper Chancton Farm, Washington in January 2017. Our latest batch of grain, “Zyatt”, was collected from New House Farm in Hurstpierpoint on 3rd September 2020.

All flour currently being produced is from this “Zyatt” grain stock.

New grain stock can be put through our winnower to remove unwanted pieces of wheat stalk and other debris.

There are several places where you are able to purchase our flour:-

The mill itself during our normal opening times.

Ditchling Museum of Art+CraftThe Larder, Ditchling;
