We are always seeking new Volunteers for both maintaining the Mill's structure and assisting with the Summer Painting Programme. The Mill needs constant maintenance throughout the year so during the Winter months the emphasis is on the internals, workshop and grounds but the Summer months is when we catch up with all the external maintenance, especially wood repairs and painting. You don't need any special skills as full training will be given by experienced Volunteers.

  • Painting and Maintenance Work
  • Grass Cutting and Grounds Upkeep
  • Restoring and Maintaining the Operating Machinery
  • Flour Packing and Delivery
  • Assisting with Refreshments on Open Days
  • Guiding Tours of the Mill
  • Supporting the Mill Operations Team
  • Promoting Mill Events and related Local Initiatives
